Lauren is a personal trainer and nutrition coach in Los Angeles, specializing in strength and athletic conditioning, kettlebell skillwork and nutrition for fat loss.

Prior to Los Angeles, Lauren trained for five years in New York City, where she trained both privately as well as at gyms across the city, including Performix House in Union Square and Equinox Sports Club in Lincoln Square.

Lauren earned her B.A. degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado. In addition to her personal training, Lauren is also an Advisor for Women's Health Magazine and is a published fitness writer appearing often in Women's Health, Oxygen and Health magazines.

1. My first true love was soccer. I played on Premiere and Olympic Development teams for years, but I broke up with it my senior year of high school to take on a pre-med undergrad degree in college.
2. I’m a huge wine aficionado and suffer from a condition called Novinophobia. It’s rough.
3. If I’m not at the gym, you can find me at the nearest Mexican restaurant.
4. I am a yoga teacher and have “Just Breathe” in Sanskrit tattooed on my forearm.
